Darla Stevens is a proven HR leader with nearly 20 years of HR experience in both the public and private sector. Her expertise incorporates accounting, change management, adult learning principles, training and development, and process improvement techniques.
Darla is sought after by organizations due to her years of varied experiences including: labor relations and negotiations, payroll and benefits administration, career coaching and consulting, organizational development and design, employee investigations, conflict resolution, leadership development trainings, and strategic workforce planning.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Eastern Washington University and a Master of Arts in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from City University of Seattle.
